GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE: PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES
Please note, the practice fee schedule has NOT changed since the last fee
increase, effective Jan 2021.
As of Jan 2022, HHS/ CMS is requiring that patients who are uninsured or
opting to paying out-of-pocket for any medical services be notified of a Good Faith Estimates (GFE), therefore this documentation is being provided to you per their formatting guidelines to all
patients/ patient families.
Fee schedules are standardized but each patient's needs vary widely, from
patient to patient and even from visit to visit, hence the very wide range of possible charges that is provided in this GFE.
